My Joints Hurt

If you don’t want to hear my rant, please, move on from this post. Last week my right knee started to ache. I had my chiropractor look at it and it felt better. This week the pain has returned. With it came pain in my right wrist. Really bad pain (which is great when you drive a motorcycle everyday – I’m sure that doesn’t help). Then tonight my left knee and left wrist started hurting ever so slightly. So now I’m falling apart and spent hours on Amazon finding the perfect Collagen Peptides, which should be here in 5-8 business days (because I’m terribly cheap and refuse to pay for shipping). I think this is a result of the Keto diet, which I’m not thrilled about. But then again I’ve been on the Keto diet for 4 straight months now, so maybe it’s something else. That’s all. Typing sucks.
